Covid Creatives

Many events and gatherings have been cancelled or postponed due to the virus crisis.  This is as it should be, but it can make life difficult for painters and other creatives.  VSO had a show scheduled for the museum in Cedar City that was moved until next year.  I mean a whole year:  From April 2020 to April 2021.  A good friend of hers, Carol Bold, has had shows entirely cancelled.  Terrible luck for a talented person.

One of my friends said that quarantine is probably good for song-writers, and I don't disagree.  We wrote this verse last night:

They shut the hall, the school, the temple
Thank God the liquor store's been deemed essential
How long will things be this bad
If I go first you can't be sad

But, these are hard times for visual artists, so let's feature a couple of VSO's best.  A couple that are stuck in the closet for now.  (Actually, the camera I am using is so poor that we didn't do her justice.  The .jpgs look bad.  Sorry, V.)
