For now, Rural Ways is working in northern Arizona. This is not exactly the view from my office, but it is the view from my front door. I'm living in a trailer. Trailer trash. None of the other trailers in the picture are occupied—except by, perhaps, rodents. They are simply stored here in the weeds and trash for I'm not sure what purpose. The truck is, however, mine, and is parked, yep, in the front yard.
If you are the only one there, you are, by default Mayor of Trailer Town. And those rodents, well, they's your constituents, as Pappy O'Daniel would say.
ReplyDeleteI'm not the only one there. In my backyard is a part time resident, who also happens to be my boss. How did you know that he was named Pappy? Just kidding. But he probably earns the title of "Mayor." I'm merely on the city council.
