At some point, the previous owner added a small shed to the back of the main garage at 420 Grand. By this past winter, the shed roof (above, at bottom left) was so badly damaged that the plywood was showing and water was running into the ceiling when the snow melted. The rest of the garage roof isn't quite as bad (below), but there are plenty of broken shingles and it is plainly near the end of its life. To repair it, I've been installing new, three-tab, asphalt shingles on top of the old. I'm not very good at it and the sun is boiling hot up there. I think it is going to take me several weeks to finish this job.
